VW Group Digital Solutions [Portugal] is seeking a Data & Analytics leader to shape strategy, governance and backlog for cross-functional use case delivery.

You will design roadmaps, allocate resources, and align with stakeholders while onboarding data roles and steering programs across Caparica and surrounding areas.

The role emphasizes analytics maturity, strong communication with Business partners, and a remote-friendly, multicultural, growth-oriented environment.

Formación

• Academic background in Computer Science, Business Administration or other similar areas.
• Strong experience in Analytics and IT project management & Use Case portfolio management.
• Strong knowledge in data governance topics.
• Strong analytical skills and solution-oriented thinking.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Very good English skills, both written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Elaborate a Data & Analytics strategy and governance measures via scoped and prioritized projects with Business representatives.
• Drive the planning, structuring, prioritization and management of the platform enablement for use case delivery.
• Design platform roadmap, allocate resources, and manage use case backlog in close alignment with stakeholders.
• Define and initiate onboarding trainings of Data & Analytics specific roles.
• Develop and execute project plans with the Hub Business Data & Analytics representatives.
