InnoTech in Portugal seeks a CyberArk Administrator & Support Engineer to drive security operations and PAM platform evolution. You will install, configure, and maintain CyberArk components, ensure compatibility with upgrades, and optimize Vault, CPM, PVWA, PSM, PSMP, and PTA.

The role values hands-on expertise in Privileged Access Management, experience with regulated environments, and the ability to document architectures and deployments.

Qualificações

• Solid hands-on CyberArk experience and strong PAM knowledge.
• Deep knowledge of CyberArk Vault, CPM, PVWA, PSM, PSMP, PTA and their interactions.
• Experience in regulated environments with security audits.
• CPLP nationality or an EU work permit is required to facilitate employment.

Your Mission Will Be

• Drive the continuous evolution and improvement of the CyberArk PAM platform, ensuring scalability, security, and operational efficiency;
• Install, configure, and maintain new PSM/PSMP jump servers, as well as support major CyberArk version upgrades and compatibility assessments;
• Manage and optimize core CyberArk components, including Vault, CPM, PVWA, PSM, and PTA, ensuring effective communication and integration between them.

You Will Need

• Solid hands-on experience with CyberArk and a strong understanding of Privileged Access Management and cybersecurity principles;
• In-depth knowledge of CyberArk Vault, CPM, PVWA, PSM, PSMP, and PTA components, including their architecture and interactions;
• Experience working in regulated environments and/or organizations subject to regular security audits;
• CPLP nationality or an EU work permit is required to facilitate employment.

Would Be Awesome If You Have

• CyberArk Defender certification or a higher-level CyberArk certification;
• Experience leading technical initiatives involving PAM platform evolution, upgrades, and architectural improvements;
• Strong technical documentation skills covering architectures, connectors,
• BSc or MSc in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
