Concentrix is hiring Customer & Technical Support Specialists for an international project in Artificial Intelligence. The role involves handling customer and first-line technical support via phone, email and chat, plus guidance on platform features and services.

Ideal candidates have fluent English, prior tech support experience or strong IT/tech certifications, and comfort with AI tools. Expect rotating shifts and an opportunity to grow in a global tech environment.

Qualificações

• Fluent English (C1/C2) required.
• Proven Technical Support experience preferred.

• Familiarity with AI tools and daily use.

We're looking for Customer & Technical Support Specialists to join an exciting international project in the field of Artificial Intelligence.

Location

• Lisbon, Portugal – On-site

What you'll do

• Provide customer and first-line technical support via phone, email and chat.


• Troubleshoot account access, platform and standard technical issues.


• Assist customers with account, billing and payment-related questions.


• Guide users through the platform's features, tools and services.


• Resolve issues efficiently while ensuring a high-quality customer experience.


• Escalate more complex technical issues when necessary.

What we're looking for

• Fluent English (C1/C2).


• Previous Technical Support experience is highly valued.


• If you don't have previous Tech Support experience, you should be able to demonstrate a strong technical background through IT/technical certifications, training or hands-on experience with technology.


• Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence tools and their day-to-day use is highly valued.


• Strong problem-solving and logical thinking skills.


• Comfortable learning and working with new digital platforms and technologies.


• Strong communication and customer service skills.


• Previous Customer Support experience is a plus.
