Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking a Spanish-speaking Customer Support Specialist to assist users and business customers in a digital advertising environment. You will resolve inquiries related to social media products and paid campaigns, delivering accurate, customer-focused support in Spanish and English.

Based in Lisbon on-site, the role offers a salary of €900–€950 gross per month (paid over 14 months), a €2,000 welcome bonus paid in 12 monthly instalments during the first year, a €7.63 net

About the Role

We are looking for a Spanish-speaking Customer Support Specialist to support users and business customers in a digital advertising environment. You will help resolve enquiries related to social media products and paid campaigns, delivering accurate, helpful and customer-focused support in Spanish and English.

Requirements

• Fluent Spanish and good English communication skills.
• Previous experience in paid campaign management.
• Experience in digital marketing.
• Experience in a contact centre or customer service programme within an advertising technology environment is an advantage/requirement as specified by the client.
• Good knowledge of social media platforms and basic digital advertising concepts.
• Strong customer-service skills and availability for rotating shifts.

Working Schedule

Initial shifts between 07:00 and 19:00, Monday to Sunday; the schedule may transition to 24/7 rotating shifts with two rotating days off.
