Cross Border Talents in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking an Operations Customer Expert to support SMBs across Europe, helping them optimize their online advertising presence and manage self-serve tools.

You will handle chat, email, and phone support to deliver high CSAT, participate in onboarding and training, and collaborate with product teams to improve ad management tools.

This role offers a 12-month contract, private health and dental insurance, and a monthly meal allowance.

Paid Training & Career Development
