You will handle non-voice customer support, manage case files, and support connected service workflows, delivering prompt, precise solutions to ensure total customer satisfaction. The position offers a base monthly gross salary of €1,400 with a performance bonus up to €100, and a rotating shift schedule

What We Offer

• Work Schedule: Rotational shifts between 07:00 and 22:00 (Lisbon time)—no overnight shifts!
