Job summary

Cbtalents in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking Arabic & English-speaking Customer Service Specialists to join a fast-growing international project for a leading digital platform. You will deliver outstanding Arabic and English support across multiple channels, assist with advertising campaign inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and help customers optimize their digital advertising experience.

This on-site role offers rotating shifts with 24/7 coverage, relocation support, and paid training to help you

Qualifications

• Native or advanced Arabic language skills; Egyptian/Jordanian/UAE dialects preferred.
• English proficiency at B2/C1 or higher.
• Experience in Paid Campaign Management.
• Degree in Marketing or related field.
• Experience in Digital Marketing and in a Contact Centre or Advertising Technology projects is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and digital advertising.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.

Your Responsibilities

Requirements
