Thales Group's TBSS is seeking a customer service professional based in Paço de Arcos, Portugal. You will handle inquiries via calls and emails, create and manage tickets in ServiceNow, and work with ERP data to resolve issues right the first time.

You will join a team that values collaboration, adaptability, and language skills in English plus German or French. A finance background is a plus, and MS Office proficiency is required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor or Master degree.
• Proven experience in a Customer Service role within a complex matrix organization.
• Background or experience in Finance or related fields is an advantage.
• Ability to work effectively within a supportive team environment that collaboratively solves issues and drives success.
• Proficient in MS Office and comfortable using various IT tools.
• Ability to effectively problem-solve customer issues with a right-first-time approach.
• Adaptable and flexible with the capacity to manage change positively.
• Advanced knowledge of English (mandatory).
• Fluency in German / French is very valued.

Responsabilidades

• Provide outstanding customer service proactively and reactively through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
• Create, document, and manage customer tickets using ServiceNow, ensuring all queries are fully recorded and routed to the appropriate teams.
• Resolve customer questions and issues efficiently by leveraging available ERP information to achieve a right-first-time resolution.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Participate in Continual Service Improvement initiatives.
• Adhere to financial policies and procedures in line with Group principles and processes.
