Job summary

Personalbuero U Herrmann is recruiting for a bilingual customer service role in Lisbon. You will manage calls, chats and emails, identify customer needs and build trust through clear communication.

You’ll provide precise information and aim to meet personal and team targets while maintaining thorough records. The ideal candidate has German or Dutch as a first language plus fluent English, a high school diploma, and prior customer service experience.

Qualifications

• Native/Fluent in German or Dutch and fluent in English (B2+).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer service experience.
• Ability to explain products and services clearly.
• Tech savvy with MS Office.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Management of incoming calls, chats and emails,
• Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Meet personal/customer service team targets and case handling quotas
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

REQUIREMENTS

• Native/Fluent in German or Dutch & Fluent in English (at least B2 level), both orally and written
• Holder of a high school diploma or equivalent
• Previous work experience in customer services experience
• Ability to identify, apply and explain your product and/or service expertise with clarity
• Tech savvy and full proficiency with MS Office products
• Resident of Greece or ability to relocate under short notice.
