You will be the first point of contact for PlayStation users, assisting them with technical support, product installations, software synchronization, and providing effective advice on purchasing PlayStation products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with PlayStation product installations and troubleshooting.
• Provide helpful advice when purchasing PlayStation products.
• Manage customer queries regarding software and hardware issues.
• Effectively handle customer escalations and ensure issues are resolved.
