Cross Border Talents in Lisbon, Portugal, is seeking motivated Customer Service Experts to join an international support team. You will assist business mobility users with vehicle services, handle calls and emails, and ensure high levels of satisfaction.

The role requires a proactive, solution-focused attitude and comfort with digital tools. Training spans five days, with 8 hours per day, and leads to an employment contract.

• Assist business mobility users with operational questions regarding vehicle-related products and services.
• Handle incoming customer calls and provide support regarding vehicle maintenance, repairs, and documentation.
• Process and respond to incoming customer emails.
• Make outbound calls to organize and confirm appointments.
• Identify recurring questions and suggest process improvements.
• Maintain high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with colleagues to provide efficient customer solutions.
