Role And Responsibilities

We are looking for a trainee to:

• Perform regular Customer Service activities processing sample requests for direct customers and distributors for the APAC or EMEA region.
• Provide a standard level of service to our transactional customers and distributors.

We count on you to:

• Learn how to manage effective and accurate order processing from order placement to delivery and follow-up.

You can count on us to:

• Receive training in SFDC and SAP.
• Manage Sample Orders to prospect customers.
• Sample management.
• Customer request management.

Experience And Skills

• University Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or other related fields.
• No previous experience needed.
• Fluent in English.
• Acute customer centricity.

What We Offer

The Portuguese annual base salary reasonably expected to be paid for this new hire is: €11,280.00 for applicants who have completed or are completing a Bachelor's degree and €12,480.00 for applicants who have completed or are completing a Master's degree.
