Cloudflare is seeking a Customer Reliability Engineer in Lisbon, Portugal, to join a hybrid, full-time team. You will own high-severity incidents, perform deep root-cause analysis, and collaborate with Product Engineering to improve reliability and telemetry across our edge and platform services.

The role emphasizes AI-assisted diagnostics and rapid trust-building with customers, supporting critical infrastructure across global clients. Salary ranges are provided for Portugal-based hires.

Responsabilidades

• Rapid incident response and root cause analysis across edge, network, DNS, transport, APIs, application, customer-side configuration.
• Proactive reliability engineering by analyzing signals and building monitoring, detection, and diagnostic capabilities.
• Cross-functional partnership with Product Engineering to drive fixes, workarounds, and configuration changes.
• Technical leadership to raise the reliability bar through paired debugging and knowledge transfer.
• Maintain deep product knowledge across Cloudflare portfolio to anticipate customer impact.
