Cross Border Talents is hiring French-speaking Customer Advisors to join on-site teams in Braga and Aveiro, Portugal. You will handle customer inquiries about credit products, assess financing requests, and offer tailored financial solutions for a major international financial brand.

Ideal candidates are native or near-native French speakers with a sales mindset and experience in contact centers or customer service.

Qualificações

• Native or C2-level proficiency in French.
• Previous experience in sales or a strong sales aptitude/commercial mindset.
• Previous contact center or customer service experience is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication, active listening and problem-solving skills.
• Resilience, adaptability, and ability to work under pressure in a team environment.

Are you fluent in French, sales-oriented, and looking to build a career in the banking and financial sector? We are hiring French-Speaking Customer Advisors to join on-site teams in Braga and Aveiro!

In this role, you will handle customer inquiries regarding credit products, assess financing requests, and deliver tailored financial solutions for a major international financial brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound inquiries by phone regarding existing credit products and new financing requests.
• Assess customer needs, provide reassurance, and recommend tailored financing solutions.
• Maximize inbound and outbound interactions by identifying and developing commercial opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships following strict standards of excellence.
• Manage customer accounts and documentation with high accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.

Candidate Requirements:

• Mandatory: Native or C2-level proficiency in French.
• Mandatory: Previous experience in sales OR a strong sales aptitude/commercial mindset.
• Previous contact center or customer service experience is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication skills, active listening, and problem-solving abilities.
• Resilience, adaptability, and the ability to work under pressure in a team environment.

Location & Eligibility Criteria (Strict):

• Must currently reside in Portugal.
• Must live in or near Braga or Aveiro (within a 50 km radius of the office).
• Please note: No relocation package or accommodation assistance is provided. Candidates requiring relocation or living outside the specified radius will not be considered.
