Winthrop Technologies in Sines, Portugal, is seeking a CSA Supervisor to lead coordination of Civil, Structural and Architectural work packages on Europe’s largest data centre project. You will supervise site safety, QA, and the project schedule while liaising with planners, subcontractors, and engineers.

The role requires a Civil Engineering or Construction Management degree, at least 5 years in CSA supervision, and strong drawing interpretation, communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualificações

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (or equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years' CSA on-site supervision experience.
• Proven ability to supervise and coordinate CSA teams on large projects.
• Strong drawing interpretation, planning, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise CSA coordination across Civil, Structural and Architectural work packages.
• Lead on-site safety management with safety personnel.
• Oversee QA processes with the project team.
• Manage the project schedule with Planners, PMs, subcontractors and engineers.
• Take responsibility for day-to-day site operations.
• Coordinate subcontractor activities and meetings.
• Maintain site documentation per client requirements.
• Attend site and engineering reviews and handover meetings.
• Support close-out of deliverables including final accounts and punch lists.
• Ensure proper change management documentation.
• Review drawings and setting-out details for accuracy.
• Carry out CSA snag lists.
