Winthrop Technologies is seeking a CSA Engineer for a large-scale data centre project in Sines, Portugal. The role is on-site and requires coordinating Civil, Structural, and Architectural elements to meet quality and schedule targets.

The ideal candidate has a relevant degree and at least 3 years’ experience in large-scale construction or data centres, with strong CSA knowledge and coordination skills to work with subcontractors, QA teams, and design engineers.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience, ideally on large-scale construction or data centre projects.
• Strong knowledge of CSA construction methodologies, QA/QC processes, and Health & Safety compliance.
• Proven ability to coordinate subcontractors and manage works to programme.
• Competent in reading, reviewing, and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee CSA elements of works, ensuring quality, safety, and programme requirements are met.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, QA team, and design engineers; attend site meetings and handover meetings.
• Review drawings with the design team and resolve issues; monitor snagging to achieve zero defects.
