3D Personnel seeks a CSA Construction Manager for a major data centre project in Portugal. You will lead the CSA team delivering civil, structural and architectural work packages on a fast-track program, ensuring safety, quality and client satisfaction.

You will develop delivery strategies, coordinate procurement, design and installation, manage day-to-day site operations, and report on schedules while liaising with QA/QC and commercial teams.

Qualificações

• Relevant construction-related degree or equivalent experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage the CSA team to deliver all CSA scope on a fast-track data centre project.
• Oversee site safety with Project Manager and Safety Team, embedding Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental excellence.
• Coordinate procurement, design, engineering and installation of CSA works; monitor progress and reporting.
