Qualificações

PE Global Recruitment are partnered with Europe's leading Data Centre delivery partners to recruit CSA Engineers the join the team. This role can be based in a number of locations throughout Europe including Finland, Portugal or Milan.

A leading data centre delivery partner is seeking an experienced CSA Engineer to join its growing team across multiple European locations.

The Company

This organisation specialises in delivering fully turnkey data centre solutions — from design and construction through to commissioning — across civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, and electrical disciplines. With over 430MW of IT load currently in delivery across seven European countries, they are recognised as a trusted leader within the sector.

Due to continued growth, they are now looking to appoint a CSA Engineer to support large-scale mission-critical projects.

The Role

As a CSA Engineer, you will play a key role within the Quality team, ensuring the highest standards are maintained across all Civil, Structural, and Architectural works.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect works on site and ensure strict quality control is maintained throughout
• Work closely with QA Managers to ensure documentation is submitted accurately and on time
• Monitor subcontractor progress against project schedules and lead subcontractor meetings
• Manage and maintain site documentation
• Attend and actively participate in site meetings, engineering reviews, planning, coordination, lookahead, and handover meetings
• Review drawings with the design team and proactively resolve technical issues
• Monitor installations to ensure works are completed in line with approved drawings and specifications
• Raise and manage snag lists via the approved platform to drive a zero-defect handover

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or similar) – essential
• Minimum 3+ years’ experience working on large-scale construction projects
• Experience in facades and fit-out projects
• Previous data centre experience is advantageous
• Strong ability to work on your own initiative
