Winthrop Technologies Ltd in Sines, Portugal, seeks a CSA Supervisor to oversee Civil, Structural and Architectural work packages on a major data centre project. You will supervise CSA teams on-site, manage safety and quality, and coordinate with planners, subcontractors, and engineers to ensure client milestones are met.

Responsibilities include site operations, subcontractor coordination, documentation, meetings, and close-out activities.

Qualificações

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent industry experience.
• Proven ability to supervise and coordinate CSA teams on-site.
• Strong communication, organisational, numeracy, and problem-solving skills.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a CSA supervisory role.
• Experience delivering large-scale CSA packages on major construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, quality standards, and health & safety requirements.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and coordinate subcontractors to achieve project milestones.

• Oversee site quality assurance (QA) processes in conjunction with the project team.
• Manage the project schedule in coordination with Planners, Project Managers, Subcontractors, and Consulting Engineers/Architects to ensure client requirements are met
• Take responsibility for all day-to-day site operations.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractor activities, tracking progress against schedule and manpower requirements; conduct regular subcontractor meetings.
• Oversee and maintain site documentation in line with project and client requirements.
• Attend and actively contribute to site meetings, internal project reviews, engineering reviews, planning meetings, co-ordination meetings, and handover meetings.
• Support the close-out of project deliverables, including Final Account, Punch List, Safety & QA files, material/plant reallocation, and project plan completion.
• Ensure all aspects of change management (cost and programme impact) are properly managed and documented.
• Review construction drawings and setting-out details for accuracy and buildability.
• Carry out, distribute, and close out CSA snag lists

We have an opportunity for a CSA Supervisor on a major data centre project in Sines, Portugal.

The successful candidate will supervisor the co-ordination of the Civil, Structural and Architectural work packages.

You will have a demonstrated experience in supervising works packages including civils, fit out, roofing and cladding. There will also be an expectation to manage site safety and ensure quality.
