Miniclip is seeking a CRM Specialist to join our Lisbon studio on a hybrid model. You will drive retention and lifecycle campaigns, contribute to IAP pricing, and support Live Operations across popular titles like Carrom Pool, Agar.io, Soccer Stars, and Darts of Fury.

You will collaborate with Product, Game Design, and Development teams to produce materials for Live Operations, analyse data for monetisation, and optimise user journeys.

Qualificações

• 2+ years in CRM, Live Operations or similar (mobile games preferred).
• Strong understanding of game economy and monetisation.
• Familiarity with tracking and audience measurement tools.
• Data science understanding and data-driven mindset.
• Awareness of agile/project management practices is a plus.
• Degree in Marketing or related field preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Own and drive promotional content plan across titles with monetisation in mind.
• Understand consumer needs and pricing sensitivities to optimize economy.
• Collaborate with Product and Design to ensure Live Ops requirements.
• Configure and insert live promotional content using internal tools.
• Experiment with new strategies and analyze results for engagement.
• Use data to improve targeting and segmentation.
• Liaise with Production, Art, Development and BI to align goals.
• Compile regular reporting on plans and results.
• Optimize user journeys and long-term value (LTV).
