Miniclip is seeking a CRM Specialist to join our Lisbon studio on a hybrid model. You will drive retention and lifecycle campaigns, contribute to IAP pricing, and support Live Operations across popular titles like Carrom Pool, Agar.io, Soccer Stars, and Darts of Fury.
You will collaborate with Product, Game Design, and Development teams to produce materials for Live Operations, analyse data for monetisation, and optimise user journeys.

You'll work on live mobile games played by millions of players, contributing to Live Operations and the ongoing evolution of products with a direct impact on the player experience.
As a CRM Specialist, you will be responsible for executing retention and lifecycle campaigns while contributing to IAP pricing strategy for some of our most popular games, such as Carrom Pool, Agar.io, Soccer Stars, and Darts of Fury.
Collaborating closely with Product, Game Design, and the Development team, your role involves coordinating with various stakeholders to create the necessary materials for the execution of Live Operations. You will have direct impact in games’ economy cycles, which means you will need to have a passion for data and have a deep interest for game economy. Your responsibilities include:
