Miniclip SA in Lisbon is seeking a Junior Tools Software Developer to join our Games Development Studio. You will work with a skilled, agile team supporting the Live Operations group that delivers campaigns, content, and events to millions of players.

The role emphasizes automation, robust tool development, and collaboration with marketing, artists, QA, and release teams to continuously improve our in‑house systems.

Qualificações

• Significant projects focused on tool/script development or automation, preferably using Python.
• A solid understanding of object‑oriented programming concepts.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills through analytical or systematic approaches.
• Deep curiosity and drive to learn new technologies and improve code quality.
• A clear understanding of how to use AI effectively in daily work.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills in English.

Responsabilidades

• Creating and maintaining automation tools to minimize manual steps for LiveOps campaigns.
• Developing robust and scalable solutions using in‑house technology.
• Deciding what to build or improve, prioritizing work and evaluating trade‑offs.
• Participating in team activities to develop concepts for campaigns and events.
• Collaborating with a multi‑disciplinary agile Scrum team including marketing, artists, QA, and release managers.
• Supporting development of new features and resolving internal system bugs and limitations.
