Job summary

Nestlé S.A. through NBS Lisbon (Integrated Marketing Services) is seeking a Campaign Deployment Specialist to deliver campaigns across brands, emails, and digital channels, ensuring a strong customer experience.

You will work with multiple brands, create templates, segment audiences, and design customer journeys. English proficiency is required, with knowledge of marketing automation a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud knowledge preferred; other email platforms acceptable.
• Knowledge of HTML or CSS.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Good analytical skills.
• Knowledge of Marketing Automation/Customer journeys is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create email, push notification, and SMS campaigns based on strategy.
• HTML creation based on templates; revise and adjust as needed.
• Implement database segmentation on email marketing tool.
• Design customer journeys per brand guidelines.
• Create A/B tests to improve engagement and deliverability.
• Monitor campaigns and produce KPI reports.
• Ensure deliverability using best practices; analyze KPIs.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Position Summary

NBS Integrated Marketing Services (IMS) is looking for a Campaign Deployment Specialist to provide a good customer experience for all Nestlé's clients by deploying the campaigns of the brands and work on different communication channels.

A day in the life of...

• Work with Nestlé’s brands to create email, push notification and SMS campaigns based on previously defined strategy;
• HTML creation based on templates including revising, and making changes/corrections when necessary;
• Implement database segmentation on email marketing tool;
• Design customer journeys according to the guidelines provided by the brands;
• Create A/B tests to improve engagement and therefore, deliverability;
• Monitorization of campaigns and creation of KPI reports;
• Ensure campaigns’ deliverability using email marketing best practices and analyzing KPI’s;
• Build effective relationships with internal and external international stakeholders.

What will make you successful

• Bachelor or master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communication Design, Design & Multimedia, Information Management or similar;
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud knowledge preferred, although not mandatory; experience with any other email marketing platform is acceptable (eg. MailChimp, RDStation, E-Goi, Adobe Campaign, Eloqua, etc.);
• Knowledge of HTML or CSS;
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written);
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and working methods;
• Good analytical skills;
• Knowledge of Marketing Automation/Creation of customer journeys (is a plus);
• Passion for the Digital Marketing field
