A cruise company is seeking a Crew Purser located in Portugal. This role involves handling crew member sign-on/sign-off processes, managing payroll, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate should possess at least three years' experience in a relevant role, be fluent in English, and have strong administrative and leadership skills. Knowledge of ISO and MLC protocols is essential for ensuring compliance in maritime operations. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment on the sea.

Qualificações

• Minimum of three years' experience in a hotel or two years on board a cruise ship in a similar position.
• Any additional foreign language is a plus.
• Excellent accounting skills required.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure the efficient clearance of Crew Members through Customs and Immigration.
• In charge of Crew Members sign-on and sign-off process.
• Ensure accuracy of employee records.
• Handle Payroll and cash advances for Crew Members.
• Be the contact person for crew regarding finances.
