Intrum Portugal, located in Parque das Nacoes, invites you to join the Operations Department as a Credit Recovery Manager. You will handle debt recovery processes, define recovery strategies, and monitor portfolio performance.

We expect 1 year of customer service experience, ability to handle high-volume calls, and a strong team spirit with empathy. The position offers a permanent contract, hybrid work after onboarding, health insurance, birthday day off, and performance bonuses.

Qualificações

• 1 year of previous experience in customer service roles.
• Available to handle high-volume calls.
• Banking/finance sector background is a plus.
• Completed secondary education (12th grade) and relevant experience in a call center or credit recovery.
• Experience in the banking sector or in financial institutions is preferred.

As a Credit Recovery Manager, your main responsibilities will be:

• Ensure the handling of debt recovery processes for our client's customers.
• Define recovery strategies.
• Monitor portfolio performance.

Are you the person we are looking for?

• 1 year of previous experience in customer service (CS) roles.
• Available to handle high-volume calls.
• Banking / finance sector background is a plus.
• You have completed secondary education (12th grade), as well as relevant experience in a call center or in credit recovery.
• You have experience in the banking sector or in financial institutions.
• You have computer skills.
• You have strong reasoning and negotiation skills.
• You stand out for your active listening and empathy toward people, you work well in a team, and you have a results-oriented and customer-oriented mindset.
