You will turn brand identity and goals into standout short-form video ideas grounded in UGC, motion design, and influencer-led content. The role demands a strategic, imaginative creator with a track record of viral, sub-30-second videos and experience in AI-enabled ideation, scripting, and asset production for TikTok, Meta, Snapchat, and YouTube

Qualificações

• Portfolio showing performance-driven video campaigns (UGC, motion design, influencer-led).
• Experience in creative strategy or content creation in iGaming, social casino, or similar regulated DTC category.
• Proven experience in storyboarding, scripting, and directing for TikTok, Meta, Snapchat, or YouTube Shorts.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the primary creative driver for paid social and digital campaigns, developing concepts rooted in UGC, motion design, and influencer marketing.
• Build and own the strategic framework for using UGC-style content to drive user acquisition at scale.
• Translate brand guidelines, market trends, and performance insights into clear, actionable creative briefs for internal teams and external creators.
• Create storyboards, scripts, and visual outlines for motion graphics, live-action shoots, and hybrid UGC formats.
• Write compelling short-form copy headlines, CTAs, hooks, and VO scripts.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate ideation, scriptwriting, and asset generation for high-volume ad variations.
• Oversee the creative development of all assets to ensure top-tier quality and unified brand expression across formats.
• Review performance data to refine concepts, run A/B tests, and evolve creative direction for ROI.
