Go Echoes is seeking a talented Video Editor & Creative Designer to join our marketing team, crafting high-converting visuals for TikTok and Instagram ads to drive customer acquisition and growth.

The role blends strong editing and design skills with a solid grasp of digital marketing metrics, balancing creative concepting with performance data, trends, and brand guidelines.

This fully remote position offers autonomy and the chance to contribute to a growing brand across campaigns and formats.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in video editing and graphic design for social media advertising.
• Strong portfolio showcasing TikTok, Instagram, and paid ads.
• Proficiency with Adobe software: Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva.
• Understanding of direct-response marketing and performance-driven creatives.
• Ability to capture attention within the first few seconds.
• Knowledge of current social media trends and platform best practices.
• Analytical mindset to interpret campaign performance data.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Create engaging short-form video content for TikTok and Instagram.
• Design static and motion creatives optimized for conversion.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop creative concepts.
• Produce multiple creative variations for A/B testing.
• Analyze creative performance using CTR, CPA, ROAS, conversions.
• Identify social media trends and adapt content.
• Optimize existing creatives based on results and insights.
• Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines while remaining performance-driven.
