Alter Solutions Group, en transition vers une nouvelle marque, recherche un Spécialiste en Communication d'Entreprise pour gérer des initiatives de communication en ligne et hors ligne. Le candidat idéal aura un diplôme en communication, au moins 3 ans d'expérience, et une maîtrise de l'anglais. Ce rôle implique la gestion des médias sociaux, la rédaction de contenu et le soutien à la planification d'événements, offrant une opportunité de travailler dans un environnement international et dynamique.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3 ans d'expérience professionnelle.
• Expérience dans des environnements à rythme élevé, comme les agences de communication.
• Niveau avancé en anglais (obligatoire).

Responsabilidades

• Gérer le contenu des médias sociaux pour plusieurs plateformes.
• Développer des communiqués de presse si nécessaire.
• Soutenir la planification stratégique et la production d'événements.

Integration into the Marketing and Communication Department of the Alter Solutions Group, which is now transitioning into a new brand: act digital. Participating in online and offline communication initiatives for all countries of the group, including Brazil, Germany, Belgium, Spain, France, Luxembourg, Mexico, Morocco, Portugal, Poland and the United States of America.

Responsibilities

Online Communication:

• Managing, support in strategy definition and planning social media content for multiple platforms, such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and Youtube.
• Support in the content production for internal website pages.
• Support in managing the Intranet for Portugal, France, Belgium and Germany.

Press Communication:

• Managing the national and international media outlet database.
• Development of Press Releases, when necessary.

Events:

• Support in strategic planning and production of internal and external events
• Merchandising strategy
• Content creation related to the events

Internal Communication:

• Content production for internal communication
• Storytelling
• Management of commercial partnerships

Requirements

Hard Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in communication (or equivalent)
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience
• Experience in high-paced environments, such as communication agencies
• Advanced level in the English language (mandatory)
• Excellent written expression, in Portuguese and in English
