Azqore, an international IT and banking operations specialist, is launching a Lisbon-based Securities Operations role focused on Mandatory Corporate Actions. You will join the Securities team and work with our Switzerland colleagues to implement robust processing and controls for corporate actions.

The position offers a hybrid schedule in Lisbon (Av. Dom João II 43) and a path to develop within the Crédit Agricole Group, with participation in client service standards and risk controls.

Qualificações

• Bachelor degree or professional qualification in Banking/Finance.
• Up to 5 years of relevant experience in Corporate Actions processes.
• Familiar with financial products, market infrastructures, regulations and operational risks.
• Knowledgeable about SWIFT messages types.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and process Mandatory Corporate Actions within the Portuguese Securities Operations team.
• Maintain operational efficiency, minimize risk, and ensure process controls.
• Handle queries from clients and stakeholders with clear communication.
• Demonstrate front-to-back knowledge of processes managed and market understanding.
• Contribute to projects, including migration of Corporate Actions to Lisbon.
• Coordinate with Swiss counterparts to align processes.
