BNP Paribas Wealth Management in Portugal is seeking a Corporate Action / Income Senior Officer to manage market announcements and the payment of corporate actions on client portfolios. You will act as SPOC in complex workflows and provide accurate information to clients and partners.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in Economics/Finance/Management/Accounting, at least five years in corporate actions, strong Office skills, and fluency in English.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Economics/Finance/Management/Accounting or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Corporate Actions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of Office and Back Office referential data tools.
• Fluency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Announce corporate actions/income events from the market and oversee payment on client portfolios.
• Understand market flows, contact stakeholders and perform required controls.
• Provide accurate, detailed information to clients and service partners about Corporate Actions and Income events.
• Keep procedures updated on an ongoing basis.
• Develop knowledge of markets, instruments and updates from information sources.
