Azqore, a subsidiary of Crédit Agricole Group, is hiring for a Securities Master File Officer based in Lisbon. You will join a team that handles asset creation and maintenance for our private banking clients, working closely with colleagues in Switzerland.

The role requires 3-5 years in Securities Master File, strong client service, and attention to detail. You will operate within a multinational environment offering a hybrid work model, ongoing training, and a permanent contract.

Qualificações

• 3-5 years previous experience in Securities Master File is preferred.
• Build and maintain a strong communication channel with clients and stakeholders.

• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

The team

You will be member of the Securities Master file team (within the Securities Team), responsible for the processing and managing asset creation and maintenance.

The Security Master File Officer is part of the Operations department and works closely with internal and external stakeholders.

You’ll be helping launch this activity in Lisbon, working closely with our experienced team in Switzerland.

The role will be based in Lisbon, Portugal (Av. Dom João II 43, 1990-084 Lisboa, Portugal).

Your responsibilities

• Opening, monitoring, and updating of securities.
• Monitoring and managing estimated prices of securities via Telekurs, Bloomberg, Reuters, and various custodians.
• Capacity in reading and analyzing prospectuses for investment funds.
• Proactively manages and resolves discrepancies, relating to the functions he/she is responsible for, with internal and external stakeholders, both locally and abroad.

Your core competencies

• 3-5 years previous experience in Securities Master File is preferred.
• Build and maintain a strong communication channel with clients and stakeholders.
• Client Service Oriented.
• Demonstrate a knowledge of the key risk areas of the functions and its relevant control.
• Demonstrate strong escalation skills and the ability to be part of the diagnostic process and implement solutions.
• Demonstrate a willingness to cross‑train to other functions within the team, when required.
• Knowledge of banking and financial services processes.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with complex data.
• Proficiency in relevant tools and software for securities processing.
• Rigorous and results oriented.
• Adaptable and resilient.
• Excellent communication skills for cross‑team collaboration.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
