Where no two days are the same.## Your Role* Lead end-to-end deployment and integration of Interconnect Session Border Controllers (ISBC) across multi-operator and roaming environments* Manage projects involving IMS, VoLTE Core, Diameter/RADIUS platforms, and interconnect gateways* Create detailed migration and implementation plans aligned with customer and business requirements* Coordinate in-depth technical discussions with engineering teams, vendors, operations, and customer stakeholders* Review and validate Low-Level Designs (LLD), Method of Procedures (MOPs), rollback plans, test cases, and operational documentation* Ensure all deployment and migration scenarios are fully tested in LAB and Production environments* Execute migration activities with structured reporting to stakeholders and senior management, including daily and critical hourly updates when required* Drive project planning activities, milestone tracking, risk management, and deployment governance* Coordinate with Design, Operations, and Delivery teams to ensure smooth rollout and operational readiness* Support compliance, audit, and quality assurance processes for telecom deployments and operational activities## Your Profile* Strong hands-on experience with IMS Core, VoLTE architecture, SIP signaling, and telecom interconnect environments* Solid expertise in Diameter and RADIUS platforms, roaming integrations, and telecom signaling protocols* Proven experience deploying and integrating ISBC/SBC solutions in multi-vendor and multi-operator environments* Strong understanding of telecom core network architecture, roaming services, and interconnect gateways* Experience managing LAB validations, production deployments, migration execution, and rollback activities* Skilled in preparing and reviewing technical documentation including LLDs, MOPs, test plans, and operational procedures* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience reporting to senior management and customer leadership* Ability to lead cross-functional technical discussions and coordinate complex deployment activities under tight timelines* Excellent project coordination, planning, and risk management capabilities* Comfortable working in international environments and collaborating with remote engineering and operations teams## WHAT YOU’LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HERE* Join a multicultural and inclusive team environment.* Enjoy a supportive atmosphere promoting work-life balance.* Hybrid work.* Your career growth is central to our mission.
