Wyndham Grand Carvoeiro Algarve is seeking a Cook to join its team in Lagoa, a five-star hotel overlooking Vale de Centeanes Beach. The successful candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to guest service.

As part of the kitchen team, you will prepare and cook dishes to established guidelines, ensure consistent quality and presentation, and uphold HACCP standards. Availability for different schedules is required.

Qualificações

• Experience in a similar role is an advantage.

We are looking for motivated professionals with a passion for hospitality and a strong commitment to excellent customer service, who wish to develop their careers within an internationally recognised hotel brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes in accordance with established recipes and kitchen guidelines;
• Ensure the quality, consistency and presentation of all dishes;
• Comply with HACCP food safety and hygiene standards;
• Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and workstations.

Your Profile

• Previous experience in a similar role is considered an advantage;
• Passion for customer service and ability to work effectively as part of a team;
• Strong sense of responsibility, organisation and attention to detail;
• Good communication skills with guests and colleagues from different departments;
• Well-presented, organised, proactive, dynamic and versatile;
• Availability and flexibility to work different schedules.
