Unit4 is seeking an FP&A professional to partner with the COO organization, owning cost analysis for CS, PS, Support, IT and Data. You will manage headcount, employee costs, cost of sales, and forecast-driven variances while building forecasting models and supporting the annual budget and Value Creation Plan.

The role requires a finance or business degree (MBA preferred), strong Excel skills, and experience in fast-paced international settings. A flexible, remote-friendly environment is offered.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or MBA in finance/business, or related field.
• Strong system and Excel skills.
• Experience in a fast-paced international organization.

Responsabilidades

• Own analysis of the COO cost base across CS, PS, Support, IT and Data, including headcount and employee cost.
• Model cloud, supplier and infrastructure costs against usage and contracts.
• Lead cost forecasting models for the remit and support budgeting and quarterly forecasts.
• Act as finance partner to cost function leads, advising on resourcing and efficiency decisions.
