PagerDuty in Lisbon is seeking an FP&A Analyst to support expense management and deliver insights across forecasting, budgeting, and reporting. You will partner with Finance leadership and business partners across GTM, R&D, and G&A to drive accurate analyses and strategic recommendations.

The role emphasizes developing financial models, supporting monthly closes, and contributing to executive-level materials. A hybrid work model is offered with opportunities to impact global operations.

Qualificações

• 0-2 years of experience in corporate finance, accounting, expense operations, or FP&A.
• Familiarity with corporate platforms (NetSuite, Coupa, Pigment) is a plus.
• Strong Excel/financial modeling skills with high-volume data experience.
• Analytical and detail-oriented with ability to present insights clearly.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Responsabilidades

• Support monthly budget vs. actual analysis and review sessions with GTM, R&D, and G&A leaders.
• Liaise with Accounting to support monthly close activities, including accruals and reclasses.
• Assist with monthly forecast, annual budget, and long-range plan, plus variance analysis.
• Develop and interpret financial results, providing forecast improvement insights.
• Build financial models and reporting for executive and board presentations.
• Prepare ad-hoc analyses and presentations for senior leadership.
• Assist with expense systems administration and AI-driven process improvements.
