Keenfinity Group is seeking a detail‑oriented Cost Controller to join our Finance team. You will lead cost controlling, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, acting as a trusted partner to drive transparency and actionable insights across the organization.

In this role you will monitor personnel costs, support strategic projects, and develop KPIs and dashboards using SAP ERP CO, BW, Excel and Power BI. Collaboration with HR and business units is essential to align targets with operations.

Qualificações

• Degree in economics, management, accounting or similar.
• At least 4 years of professional experience.
• Work experience with SAP ERP 6.0 (CO and BW).
• Very good MS Excel skills and MS PowerBI knowledge.
• Strong analytical skills and IT affinity.

Responsabilidades

• Month-End Closing & Cost Control: manage closing activities and validate cost data.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: coordinate budgets and forecasts with stakeholders.
• Reporting: prepare cost center reports, KPIs and dashboards.
• HR Controlling: analyze personnel costs and headcount trends.
• Project Support: assist strategic analyses and business cases.
