Job summary

EID S.A. in Portugal is seeking a Contracts Manager to lead contract lifecycle management across domestic and international customers, suppliers, and partners.

You will align with business development, supply chain, project management, and legal teams to ensure compliance and optimize terms. Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in contract management, including reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Experience supporting project teams throughout contract execution.
• Experience managing contractual risks, variations, and claims, and working with different teams.
• Experience with international commercial or construction contracts.
• Experience in maritime or defence sector desirable.
• Ability to communicate in Portuguese and English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Manage contracts across their full lifecycle from initiation to closure.
• Ensure compliance with commercial terms, legal guidelines, and corporate policies.
• Support negotiations with customers, suppliers, and partners.
