EID, a leading defence/tech company in Portugal, is seeking a Project Manager to join its team. Hiire is supporting the search and will coordinate with international clients to deliver complex systems.

You will oversee scope, timelines, costs, and risk, develop the PM plan, manage resources and budgets, and ensure quality and timely delivery across the project lifecycle, with a focus on stakeholder communication.

Qualificações

• University degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks in complex projects.
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to plan, execute, and deliver projects within defined deadlines and budgets.
• Practical experience with Agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum, Kanban).
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) for effective communication with international teams.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the main point of contact with the client throughout the project lifecycle.
• Analyse project scope, timelines, and costs in detail.
• Develop and implement the project management plan.
• Identify, assess, and manage risks, maintaining a risk mitigation plan.
• Coordinate internal and external resources, including subcontractors.
• Monitor and control project costs, ensuring adherence to budget.
• Plan and oversee internal orders and purchase requests.
• Record lessons learned throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure deadlines are met, implementing corrective actions when necessary.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
• Implement quality management practices to ensure high-standard delivery.
