EID is seeking a Contracts Manager to oversee contracts across their full lifecycle, ensuring compliance and protecting company interests. You will liaise with business development, supply chain, project management, and legal teams to drive favorable terms and manage contract risks.
Ideal candidates hold a Law degree (or related) with 2+ years in contract management, and possess strong Portuguese/English communication, organizational, and negotiation skills within a defence-focused tech
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience in contract management.
- Experience supporting project teams through contract execution.
- Experience managing contractual risks, variations, and claims.
- Experience with international commercial or construction contracts.
- Experience in the maritime or defence sector desirable.
Responsabilités
- Manage contracts across their full lifecycle from issue to closure.
- Support negotiations and advise on terms with internal stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate legal and commercial risks.
- Ensure compliance with group guidelines and legal drafting standards.
