EID is a leading high-tech company in Portugal, focused on defence electronics and communications. We seek an experienced Test Lead to define testing strategy, select tools, and coordinate with the Purchaser for test support and integration testing.

You will oversee testing teams, ensure quality, and develop standardized test procedures across projects, leveraging Jira and Xray for test management. A strong engineering background and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualificações

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• 7+ years of experience in the design and execution of information systems tests.
• Experience with Jira and Xray test management module is a strong plus.

Responsabilidades

• Direct test planning, design, and tools selection for the project.
• Plan overall project activities and validate technical requirements against the test catalog.
• Establish guidelines for test procedures and reports; create standardized testing frameworks.
• Coordinate with the Client during technical visits and execute integration tests under their observation.
• Oversee Contractor test resources to ensure milestones are met.
