Content Moderator with native French – Lisbon, Portugal

We are looking for French‑speaking Content Moderation Specialists to join the international team in the field of digital communication in Braga.

We are a global leader in customer experience management and employ thousands of professionals from over 100 nationalities across our sites in Lisbon, Porto, Setúbal and Covilhã and many other countries in Europe and other regions. If you are detail‑orientated, resilient, and comfortable reviewing sensitive online content, this role is a perfect opportunity for you.

Your Responsibilities Include

• Moderation of user-generated content in French
• Review of videos, images, and text content
• Removal and blocking of inappropriate content
• Prevention of cybercrime and policy violations like spam and phishing message deletion
• Classification, filtering and analysing platform information for transparency
• Ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards

Working Schedule

• 40 hours per week
• 8 hours per day + 1 hour lunch break
• Rotational shifts Monday – Sunday (24/7 project)
• Rotating shifts including nights, weekends and holidays
