Concentrix Portugal in Lisbon is seeking a Content Moderator to support our client's social media guidelines and enforcement across regions. This on-site role offers training and growth within a global tech and services leader.

You will review content, enforce policies, and collaborate with teams to improve service quality. Fluency in Czech (C1) and English (B2), plus a college degree, are required, with 24/7 shifts.

Qualificações

• Fluent Czech (C1) and English (B2) in speaking and writing.
• College degree or an equivalent diploma.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce.
• Experience in moderation service industry.
• Willing to work 24/7 rotating shifts.
• Strong moderation skills with local market expertise.
• Familiar with social media products and digital advertising basics.

Responsabilidades

• Review contents within agreed latency Service Levels and standards.
• Review reported issues within agreed turnaround times and standards.
• Escalate issues to the client per MSA and this SOW knowledge base.
• Monitor user behaviour and enforce policies effectively.
• Apply guidelines consistently to diverse content scenarios.
• Handle sensitive issues independently while upholding platform standards.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
