Concentrix Portugal in Lisbon is seeking a Content Moderator to support a major client in social media moderation, working on-site to ensure compliance with brand guidelines and platform policies. You will review user-generated content, identify policy violations, and collaborate with teams to drive service improvements.

The role requires strong language skills in Polish and English, sharp moderation judgment, and the ability to work flexible 24/7 shifts in a dynamic environment.

Qualificações

• Polish language proficiency (C1) in speaking and writing.
• English language proficiency (B2) in speaking and writing.
• Minimum education qualification of college degree or an equivalent diploma.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce.
• Experience in moderation service industry.
• Available for 24/7 rotating shifts.
• Strong moderation skills and rational decision making with local market expertise.
• Fluent with social media products and basic understanding of digital advertising.

Responsabilidades

• Review contents within agreed latency service levels and standards of quality.
• Review reported issues within agreed turnaround times and standards of quality.
• Escalate issues to our client in accordance with the MSA and this SOW on knowledge base.
• Monitor user behaviour and enforce policies effectively.
• Apply guidelines consistently to diverse content scenarios.
• Handle sensitive issues independently while upholding platform standards.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
