We are looking for a resilient and emotionally balanced Romanian speakers to join our multinational client's team ofContent Moderatorsfor a leading global social media platform team in Porto. This role involves monitoring and reviewing content, including material that may be sensitive or disturbing, so strong emotional resilience and professionalism are essential.

Schedule:

Monday to Sunday: 09:00-18:00

Days off: 2 rotative days

Future possibility: Extension to a 24/7 schedule

Location: Porto, Portugal (On-Site)
Start Date: 25 September 2025 or October 16, 2025 (initial company-paid training is provided)

Requirements

Native or fluent Romanian speaker with B2 proficiency in English

Strong emotional balance and resilience due to exposure to sensitive content

Willingness to relocate to Porto, Portugal (if applicable)

Flexibility to work shifts and rotational days off

• EU member state citizenship or a valid paperwork allowing employment in Portugal

Salary & Benefits

Base Salary: EUR 1,000 (paid over 14 months)

Welcome Bonus: EUR 1,000

• Meal allowance of EUR 7,63 (net) per working day, paid in a meal card (approx. EUR 168/month)
• Extra payment for working night hours, Sundays and public holidays

Relocation package available for candidates moving from abroad.

Consideration for candidates already residing anywhere in mainland Portugal.

Relocation Support

From Outside Portugal:

Room in a shared apartment for a maximum of 12 months, with rent of EUR 280/month including all utilities (deducted directly from payslip)

Reimbursement of airfare

Temporary accommodation in a hotel for 28 days (depending on the project)
