CBT is looking for a Content Moderator to join their team in Porto, Portugal. The role involves moderating user-generated content to ensure compliance with guidelines and community standards.

Ideal candidates will have fluency in Romanian and good English skills, along with strong attention to detail. The position is on-site and offers a gross salary of 1000€ per month, with various benefits including health insurance and a welcome bonus.

Qualificações

• Fluency in Romanian at C1/C2 level is required.
• Good command of English at B2 level or higher.
• Strong attention to detail necessary for moderation.
• Must be able to work on-site in Porto.

Responsabilidades

Location: Porto, Portugal

Work Model: On-site

Start Date: 30 April 2026

Schedule:

• Monday to Sunday: 09:00 – 18:00
• 2 rotational days off per week
• Planned evening shift to be introduced: 13:00 – 22:00
• Future possibility of a 24/7 schedule

Salary:

• 1000€ gross/month (paid over 14 months)
• Meal allowance: 7.63€ per working day

Welcome Bonus:

Paid in 12 monthly installments (1/12 per month) during the first year of employment.

Benefits:

• Health insurance from day 1 (employee contribution required)
• Health insurance becomes free after 6 months of contract

Relocation Support:

• Candidates relocating from outside Portugal: Shared accommodation provided for up to 12 months (details discussed during interview)
• No flight ticket included
• Relocation within Portugal only available for Tier 1 languages (German, Nordic languages, and Dutch)

Role Overview:

As a Content Moderator, you will review and moderate user-generated content to ensure it complies with platform guidelines and community standards. This includes identifying and removing inappropriate or harmful material.

This role involves exposure to sensitive and potentially disturbing content. Candidates should have strong emotional resilience and the ability to maintain professional judgment when reviewing such material.
