Job summary

CloserHire is recruiting for an on-site Content Moderator in Lisbon to support the Social Media project within a fast-paced BPO environment. The role is a 6-month contract with rotating 24/7 shifts and relocation assistance for candidates moving from abroad.

The package includes €920 per month, paid as 14 salaries gross, plus a €45 complexity bonus, plus private health cover and meal allowance, with flights covered.

Qualifications

• Native/ fluent in Greek with strong written and verbal skills.
• Fluent in English (minimum B2) to work with internal teams and systems.
• Prior customer service experience is advantageous but not required
• Computer literate

Responsibilities

• Moderate and review online content for social media projects.
• Work in a fast-paced BPO environment with rotating 24/7 shifts.
• Coordinate relocation and onboarding support for candidates moving from abroad.
