Job summary

CloserHire is seeking a Czech-speaking Content Moderator in Lisbon, Portugal, for an on-site, 6-month contract on a fast-paced Social Media project. You will review and moderate online content and support a diverse customer base, with relocation assistance for candidates moving from abroad.

The package includes €920 per month paid across 14 salaries (gross), private health cover, meal allowance, and a €1,000 welcome bonus paid over the first year; flights covered, plus relocation support details.

Qualifications

• Native/ fluent in Czech with strong written and verbal skills.
• Fluent in English (minimum B2) to work with internal teams and systems.
• Prior customer service experience is advantageous but not required
• Computer literate

Responsibilities

• Moderate and review online content for the Social Media project in a fast-paced BPO environment.
• Support on-site team with content moderation tasks and shift coverage as needed
