Job summary

CloserHire is seeking an on-site Content Moderator in Lisbon to support a Social Media project. The role requires reviewing and moderating online content in a fast-paced BPO environment. It is a 6-month contract with relocation support for candidates moving from abroad.

Relocation package includes room in shared accommodation and relocation logistics; salary is €920 per month gross with additional benefits such as flights covered and health/meal allowances.

Qualifications

• Native/Fluent Polish and good English (B2+)
• Ability to handle high workloads and adapt to changing priorities
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Understanding of e-commerce platforms and online content ecosystems
• Strong knowledge of the relevant local market, language and cultural nuances
• Strong content moderation experience or demonstrated moderation capability

Responsibilities

• On-site Content Moderator role in Lisbon supporting the Social Media project in a fast-paced BPO environment.
• Rotating 24/7 shifts for a 6-month contract with relocation support for candidates moving from abroad.
