CloserHire is recruiting a German-speaking Content Moderator to join a Lisbon-based e-commerce project. You will review user-generated content to ensure it meets platform policies and legal standards, working in a fast-paced, rotating shift schedule with two days off per week.

Qualificações

• Native-level fluency in German.
• Good command of English (B2 level minimum).
• Experience in content moderation, customer service, or a similar area is an asset.

Responsabilidades

• Review user-generated content to ensure compliance with platform policies and legal standards.
• Escalate content or issues following internal procedures.
• Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail within latency and quality metrics.
• Stay up to date on moderation guidelines and policy changes.
• Support content safety across media types in a fast-paced, shift-based environment.
