David Kennedy Recruitment is seeking a Content Moderator for its Lisbon office. The role is on-site and a full-time 6-month contract, requiring Greek fluency and strong moderation skills to review content against platform policies.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, customer service attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced ecommerce environment with rotating shifts.

Qualificações

• Native or fluent Greek (verbal and written) with English at least B2.
• Excellent moderation abilities with clear communication and judgment.
• Solid understanding of e-commerce platforms and industry practices.
• Able to handle high workloads and peak periods.
• Willing to work in a 24/7 shift rotation.

Responsabilidades

• Moderate content according to SLAs, quality benchmarks.
• Ensure uploaded content complies with policies, legal standards, safety guidelines.
• Stay updated with policy changes and SOPs.
• Escalate issues through proper channels.
• Maintain strong knowledge of products and industry standards.

David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit an Greek speakingContent Moderatorfor their office in Lisbon.

Position: Content Moderator

Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Work model: on-site

Employment type: Full-time (6 month contract)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintained strong knowledge and enthusiasm for leading e-commerce products, services, and industry standards

• Reviewed content in line with established service level agreements (SLAs) and quality benchmarks

• Ensured uploaded content complied with platform policies, legal standards, and safety guidelines

• Adapted to policy updates, schedule changes, and followed standard operating procedures with consistency

• Identified and escalated issues through proper internal channels, adhering to company protocols.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native/fluent in Greek both verbal and written. Fluent in English (minimum B2 level)

• Excellent moderation abilities with clear verbal and written communication, sound judgment, and local market insight

• Solid understanding of e-commerce platforms and industry practices

• Able to manage high workloads and maintain performance during peak promotional periods

• Ability to work in shift rotation (Monday - Sunday, 24/7)

• Strong customer service skills with empathy, effective communication, and balanced decision-making.
